"Feel the Vibes" is a design concept that Flamingo Beach Development Company will incorporate into its master plan, design, and architecture. The objective is to encourage an interactive concept of guests being immersed in an atmosphere of Jamaican culture. Simply, it means a personal connection to and from Jamaica, its people, and its culture. Jamaican culture will be expressed through numerous styles of entertainment venues.

Beach & swimming pool facilities will be landscape designed with a clean and natural feel of local floral and garden design, shaded by palms, almond trees, and other local fruit bearing trees.

Food and Drinks, Restaurants and Bars. So much of Jamaican culture is expressed through food. Numerous restaurants and cafes will offer wide selections from Jerk Chicken pushcarts to the highest levels of fine Jamaican cuisine.

Roots of Jamaica, Historic & Genealogical Museum will present the evolution of Jamaican culture through its history as a pivotal landmark within the Caribbean. Our design will incorporate an interactive genealogical database for research of family ancestral migration to and from Jamaica.

Local Dance, Musical and Physical expressions of Jamaican culture will be exhibited through multiple smaller venues throughout the entertainment portions of our development.

Special tributes to highlighted cultural icons like: Bob Marley and the Wailers, Edna Manley, Louise Bennett and Harry Belafonte, etc. will be presented in an intimate, entertaining and educational setting by aspiring local and international artists. Street performers will interact with guests as they walk throughout and explore our cultural park's many outlets and venues.

Our Amphitheatre will be the anchor venue for larger concerts and exhibitions. It will serve to provide a setting for day and evening concerts, to highlight Jamaican and international star performers with first class lighting, stage, recording and broadcasting equipment.
