Phase 4 Business Operational Guidelines

This area of the FBDC property is reserved for development of up to 250 single-family luxury homes. The format will contain approximately 40% single, stand-alone, resort styled villas with the balance being 2-4 bedroom luxury condominiums. As a secured and gated residential community, a homeowners association will provide management for shared infrastructure and services to include, roads, community lighting, landscaping, gardens and water features, etc. Retail stores and shops will be incorporated into the community design to provide residents convenient outlets for daily necessities, groceries, pharmacy, ice cream stores, etc. Owners and occupants will additionally benefit from shared access to all attractions and amenities of the FBDC development.
